We advised Perseus Capital Partners on the Belgian legal aspects of its acquisition of a 47-room hotel in Pigalle, Paris 9ème arrondissement (France). The acquisition has been completed in partnership with one other investor and the transaction was carried out through a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle owned and managed by Perseus Capital Partners. We were involved in the legal structuring as well as the mezzanine and senior asset based financing of the transaction.
The Hôtel Atlanta-Frochot is a 47-room hotel, located in Paris, right next to the Pigalle tube station, an up-and-coming gentrified neighborhood recently described by the New York Times as the new SoPi for « South of Pigalle ». The hotel will be repositioned with a view to realizing its full potential, while the business will be rejuvenated under a new management team.

Perseus Capital Partners is a private investment partnership investing in European special situations within the hotel industry. It was formed in 2011 and invests in 3 to 5 stars hotels in France and the UK with a primary focus on major cities, as well as business and tourist destinations.

We have represented the Swiss company during the proceedings. The Court of Appeals of Antwerp has reversed – in favour of our client – the initial judgment rendered by the Commercial Court of Tongeren. Our client has then accepted to release the tanks against payment of their purchase price.

Nous assurons le recouvrement des créances, d’un montant entre 100 € et 10.000 €, d’un installateur de systèmes d’alarmes, tant auprès de clients « private » que « corporate ». Cette mission globale, réalisée dans le cadre d’une convention d’abonnement, permet l’ouverture d'un nombre déterminé de nouveaux dossiers par mois.
